It’s a Family Affair

From our family to yours, come join us as we celebrate what’s important! Community, family, friends. Feast on family recipes while we highlight five ciders that are sourced from our property and Goochland. Liza will be doing traditional cider tastings on the deck paired with house spiced nuts and cheese. We will also be pulling cider from our vintage reserves, 2015 and up, and serving by the glass!

Menu: Eric and Liza’s Family Favorites

• Cod (DFO, GFO) – cod cooked in a fresh tomato sauce with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms
• Pork and Pasilla (GFO) – slow-cooked pork shoulder in a house marinara sauce filled with onion, garlic, and pasilla peppers. Served with polenta (sub GF focaccia) 
• Sonoma Salad (GFO) – crisp romaine, goat cheese, candied nuts, apples, house balsamic dressing

Back in 2014, with a plan scribbled down on construction paper, we packed up everything and moved to Virginia. What an amazing experience it has been to see our plans–and trees–take root! We are so grateful we ended up here. With all the trials and tribulations we’ve faced running a small family business, the one constant has been the love and friendship generously extended to us by you, our employees, and friends.
