FAQ

• What days are available for an event?

  Courthouse Creek is available for private events year-round, 7 days a week.

• How large of a group can you accommodate?

  Our farm location can accommodate up to 100 people, which would require a complete buyout of the venue.

• Do you have catering, or can we bring in outside catering?

  We offer in-house appetizers and light catering through our Culterra Farmhouse Kitchen. Prices vary depending upon the menu items and number of guests. Please inquire to receive our brochure for options.

  Outside caterers are allowed so long as they are approved by Courthouse Creek.

• Can we bring in outside beer, wine or spirits?

  We offer bar options including wine, beer, cider, and sake cocktails for private events. Absolutely no outside alcohol, and no outside bartenders or drink servers are allowed.

• What does it cost?

  Pricing is determined by a variety of factors including which venue is being used (deck, tasting room, orchard), season, day, etc. 

  Please inquire for event-specific pricing.

• What is included in the price?

  Pricing includes your venue, access to the venue for setup/cleanup, use of existing furniture, and a private bartender/server.

  Unless catering is provided by Courthouse Creek, other rentals (chairs and/or tables for food service or any type of dining, linens, table glassware, all other catering items, fixtures, cooking equipment, etc.) are not provided unless otherwise agreed upon.

   

• Can we hang decorations?

  Preapproved decorations that do not damage or otherwise adversely affect our facilities are allowed.
