A short 30 minute ride from downtown Richmond, this location offers a quaint, intimate setting for private events in a country setting. A functioning apple orchard, cidery production barn, pergola, and rustic patio area serves as the perfect backdrop for small gatherings of up to 150 people.
In The City (Richmond)
Located in the bustling Scott’s Addition area of Richmond, this location features an upstairs cider garden—perfect for cocktail parties, business meetings, and other get-togethers for up to 80 people! We are inside the Highpoint Collective building, which offers many amenities that can be coupled with our space (such as an 1800 sq ft event space and commercial kitchen), just ask us!

Event Space FAQ
Our farm location can accommodate up to 150 people, which would require a complete buyout of the venue. Our downtown location can accommodate up to 80 people, which would also require a complete buyout of the venue.
If you want food at your event at the farm, outside catering is required. We can provide referrals for private chefs and caterers. If you want food at your event at the downtown location, we prefer that you provide outside catering. However, depending on the size and scope of the event, we can provide some food options.
Outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises with the appropriate ABC license, obtained by you or your caterer.
Pricing varies widely depending on the time of year, day of the week, the time of day, and whether you will be purchasing our cider for the event. Peak tasting room guest hours are the most expensive. The general range of cost is $250 to $3000 for the farm location, and $250 to $5000 for the downtown location.
Unless otherwise specified, reservation quotes include: all Courthouse Creek cider served at the event, staff to assist in pouring cider (separate from food service, which, unless agreed upon, must be provided by your caterer), an event coordinator, 18% gratuity, and a site fee for time reserved for use of the location.
Preapproved decorations that do not damage or otherwise adversely affect our facilities are allowed. There is a required refundable 10% deposit, due when the reservation is booked and an agreement signed by the parties, to insure against damage to the property.
This depends on the event and intended use. We can provide a list of preferred vendors for furniture and event rentals upon request.
