Join us for an evening of instructional cooking in the orchard with Chef Michael Stotler from Stotler’s Home Cooking! We will be sourcing local ingredients and making specific recipes all for your sampling pleasure. Come join us for a bottle of cider, bite to eat and recipes to take. We will have all the ingredients you need to recreate these dishes, available to order and take home in a convenient kit ahead of time.
Included in your ticket prices is a bottle of cider, admission to the cooking exhibition under our tent, and a chance to sample the recipes featured by Chef Michael–all at a proper social distance!
Cooking Culterra will take place every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month through August. Limited seating is available, grab your tickets quick!
Our menu for June 25 is buttermilk fried Rappahannock oysters with green apple slaw and roasted chimichurri stuffed Littleneck clams! You will have the option to add on clams and oysters to your ticket to recreate this meal from home.
