In this workshop, Eric Cioffi of Courthouse Creek Cider will introduce you to the basics of pairing cider with various food styles and flavors. The focus will be to help you find an affinity or resonance between the style of cider you are drinking and the accompanying food.

We’ll then taste a few ciders and discuss what foods would pair well with them. Of course, there is no right answer, and the most important thing is to have fun!

This is a free workshop. Space is limited to 15 guests. You must RSVP below to reserve your space (by 6/3/17).
