It’s also Friday…which means Stotler’s Home Cooking will be on site grilling up his tasty smash burgers! Smash burgers are similar to a patty melt, where the burger is smashed on the griddle over high heat with wax paper and a steak weight, creating a juicy steamed burger with crispy edges. It is served on a toasted potato roll with homemade sweet-heat and sour pickles, cheese, and a special sauce!
