Live Wreath Making with Photosynthesis Floral Design
Friday, November 30th | 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Wreaths are a timeless way of decorating for the holidays – welcome your holiday guests with a heartwarming and beautiful handmade winter wreath hanging on the front door. Not only does a live wreath help bring the outdoors in, it adds a down-to-earth element to your decorating, and who doesn’t love the fresh smell of pine and boughs!
Did you know a live wreath has many environmental benefits? They’re recyclable if you take the wires and rings off. The boughs and cuttings can be chipped and made into mulch. Real wreaths are more of a renewable resource than even real Christmas trees! Why? The trees are not cut down to harvest the branches used for Christmas wreaths. Instead, about 12 to 18 inches of the branches are cut off, or “tipped” as growers say, which is like pruning a shrub. The branches continue to grow year after year.
So, what are you waiting for? Join Photosynthesis Floral Design and Courthouse Creek Cider for a fun evening! All cider purchases the night of the event will be 15% off!
