Heretic Cider Release Party – BOTH LOCATIONS

Join us at either location – Maidens or Richmond – for our small batch cider release of Heretic.

This is a small batch release harvested in 2017, we only produced 33 cases, come and pick up a bottle before it is gone.

HERETIC 2017 is a blend of 90% Harrison apple and 10% Esopus Spitzenburg apples. This is an iconoclastic use of Harrison. The Spitzenburg’s were macerated and began a wild fermentation in an open-bin. Blended with Harrison, a cultured yeast was added and the fermentation finished and aged in maple syrup barrels. Drink with dissent. Or enjoy it with creamy cheeses, and perhaps a savory dessert.
