After getting acquainted during a light “cocktail” hour, enjoy a seasonally inspired and locally sourced five-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with select ciders from Courthouse Creek and select wines recommended by Free Run Wine Merchants.
Join cidermaker and chef, Eric Cioffi, as he and Liza Cioffi immerse you in a gourmet dining experience. A self-taught chef, Eric prepared meals at winemaker dinners in Central California before moving to Virginia in 2013.
He and Liza focus on sourcing ingredients as locally as possible, regardless of what is being created. Liza and Eric’s cidermaking is an extension of their love of this locavore approach. The process of people coming together, breaking bread, enjoying each other’s company, and appreciating the food – it’s no different in cidermaking. So, come and be welcomed into our intimate, warm, and inviting place. Relish in good company, food, and drink!
Cost: $120 per person. Includes a 5-course meal, drink pairings, and gratuity. Groups of 6 or more will receive a free bottle of choice. Additional drinks may be purchased separately.
