Bryan Holt will be playing at the farm from 4:30-7:30pm and Culterra Farmhouse Kitchen’s Chef, Michael, will be grilling up smash burgers from 4-7:30.

Chef Michael’s signature smash burgers are made with two 1/3 pound USDA fine burger ground patties and house seasoning. The patties are smashed on a Blackstone flat top over high heat using patty paper and a steak weight. This method steams the burger and crisps the edges, intensifying the natural sugars for an amazing texture and enhanced flavor. Each patty is flipped and topped with melty American cheese, stacked, then placed on a fluffy Martin’s potato roll that has been toasted with butter. Topped with a shot of Stotler’s house sauce and homemade sweet-heat and sour pickles. Comes with cracked pepper and sea salt “dirty” potato chips.
