🐷 Come grab a Belly in a Blanket, available this weekend, in addition to our bread baskets with dips and spreads. Slow-cooked pork belly in a slightly sweet and sour sauce, tucked into a buttery puff pastry. A delicious pork belly pastie, a great bite to pair with a beer or cider!

Back in October 2020, someone came by with a carlo

Back in October 2020, someone came by with a carload of Magnum Bonum apples from a tree near our farm that he thinks is 50+ years old. 🍏 Literally, Magnum Bonum means “great good." We blended the juice with some wild crab apples provided by a friend of ours, Jesse Brubaker, and a touch of fruit from our orchard. As this cider is about 90%+ Magnum Bonum, it's considered a single varietal cider. This is a wild fermentation in a single, neutral oak. This is a fabulous cider, dare we say, "great good!" Grab a glass or bottle for 20% off every Friday for Happy Hour. 🥂
